Patchwork and Quilting is one of my favourite hobbies, I love saving old fabric and remaking it into a beautiful and warm blanket for my lap or bed.  You can use gorgeous new fabrics or for the ultimate in thift use old shirts, sheets and clothes to make soft and loved gifts for family and friends.  One our weekend workshop you will learn how to prepare fabric, Cut and arrange in a design, piece together, layer with warm wadding and to quilt your design.  At the end you will make your own binding and complete your lap quilt or bed runner.  You will go home with your creation and full class notes as well as support after when you are recreating at home.  This is a lovely weekend spent learning new skills and making new friends in our lovely workshop in Clovelly.
You can bring your own machine or use one of our brand new Janome machines
You will be sent a materials list and some materials are provided.
