Rowan Tree Studio facilities and venue hire clovelly bidefor

Rowan Tree Studio is based in a converted Granary in Higher Clovelly North Devon , just a short walk to the rugged Devon coastline and set in beautiful scenery of rolling hills and cows grazing. Our workshops take place in a purpose built hall that has natural light streaming in overhead and from the wall of glass to one side. We are lucky enough to have a huge craft table suitable for 12-14 people to sit at comfortably. We have a disabled access entrance and toilet facilities as well as ample off road parking. For our Sewing classes we have brand new sewing machines as well as a selection of vintage machines. We Stock a small selection of haberdashery items, fabric and wool and we are able to give advice on Sewing machines and we are able to order in sewing machines for purchase.

With all our classes, parties and venue hire we can serve up homemade cakes and cream teas. We have kitchen facilities for storing party food and wine if needed. Hot and cold drinks are included in the course fees and cake or home made biscuits are available throughout classes. If you are coming to a full day course we offer a light lunch of sandwiches or soup alternatively you can bring your own food. Our craft area has lovely fabrics, vintage buttons and notions to play with as well as plenty of inspirational books to plan your next sewing or knitting project. We also hold regular knit and stitch groups in the evenings where you can bring along a project you are working on and chat to other crafters with a piece of cake and a cup of tea.
